Never returned phone calls and messages to get quote for 2 out buildings. Not sure why.
Called them many times over July/ August just to get a quote setup for a job. Left messages, no call backs. The one time someone did answer I was told they had gotten my messages and I was still on their call back list. That was over 20 days ago with no call. I have called twice in that time not being able to reach anybody. I have since found another local heating and plumbing place that will get my future business. I had heard good things about this place but this was my experience.
We trust our heating and plumbing to Neubauer! Dale, Andrea and the guys respond to our calls immediately and are always friendly and helpful! They thoroughly explain any problem areas and offer helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. Local, dependable service - great people to work with!
