The trail here is a fairly rugged one. Personally to me, that makes it feel a lot more raw and natural, but at the same time, it makes it one heck of a rough ride if you traverse it by mountain bike- both uphill and downhill. The condition of the trail aside, it offers some beautiful views and great scenery. It can be a bit of a fast climb, not l but not overly expert. Highly recommend. Make sure you wear good footwear, too. I had a friend who wore his heel raw on the long hike.
