I had been going to Dr. Kay for 15-20 years for an extensively crowded mouth and my elder brother had come to Dr.Kay before me for 8-10 years. One of many things I would like to say about this clinic in my personal experience is the quality of care given is nigh on unmatched, the quality of service the technicians who treated me was with the utmost care given is commendable beyond words. The eventual out come after years of dedication given to me paid off and I have no words to express my gratitude for the fair price and incredible care I received. I have made friends with the staff of Dr.Kay and Dr. Kay himself over the many visits. The last day I visited his office was a very sad day for me personally, I walked out the door with a tear in my eye and a piece of my heart with my friends as I leave the people who helped me so much behind. I think you can guess my recommendation for these people. Thank you Dr. Kay and thank you my technicians whom I shall leave unnamed but shall always be in my heart surrounded by gratitude.

I can’t imagine there being a worse orthodontist in Wisconsin let alone the Midwest. This guy is unsanitary, does a horrible job and takes forever. I had braces for five years. You read that correctly 5 years. I remember thinking after three of them that my teeth were beginning to look real good. They aligned well and had a cosmetic appeal. Two years later and I had gaps everywhere and my teeth protruded like crazy. I still have that stupid horse bite. I just don’t understand how a man can be so careless. PS. This is not a fresh rant review, it’s 6 years later and I’m still upset at how poor of a job has been done. Please do not waste your time or money.

So far, so good. My daughter goes there (Medford) for braces and will likely need more work as time goes on. The braces are already helping her. Also, the people there have been friendly and professional.

The nurses are rude and impatient. I was a patient there for 3 and a half years, and only had one nurse that was pleasant. They don’t wear masks which is very unsanitary. Every time I was there, he spit in my mouth while talking to me and his breath is horrible. The nurses also seemed to have no clue what they were doing. They act like they’re doing you a favor.nIf you’re thinking about going here, be prepared to sit in the waiting room for an hour. Also be prepared to stare at the ceiling while the nurses are gossiping while they’re supposed to be treating you. And be prepared to sit 5 feet away from another patient, because all the chairs are right next to eachother in the same room.nI wouldn’t take my dog there.
