It’s amazing to me that I can go to a human Doctor & have in person visit, can go grocery shopping, get a haircut and fly in an airplane but I can’t see or gave any in person contact with my Vet while taking my pet for care. Having the owner present with the pet is Vital to a low stress event for a scared pet. Dropping the pet off unattended is in humane. I could understand this 6 months ago, but the rest of the world has adopted safe Covid precautions why can’t this Vet clinic? We will find another Vet.
My current vet was not able to do ultrasounds and Coldwater was able to and got my dog in right away. Dr. Dani was able to quickly diagnose my dog and have bloodwork done to confirm the diagnosis. She is now on the rebound!! Wonderful nice staff, organized (especially through covid,) and very well priced, I was shocked the price of the ultrasound, blood work and medication was far less than I was expecting. Would highly recommend them!!!
We love Dr Val Poll! He treats our dogs with respect and love! I appreciate that Dr Poll is always teaching us better ways to train and take care of our pets. The staff and vet techs are also very knowledgeable and helpful! Would recommend this clinic!
Love love LOVE this place. I have been bringing my dogs and cat here for years and they have always been so good to us. Even when we needed an emergency visit at night. We moved and they are now a bit out of the way for us, with several other vets who are much closer, but I refuse to go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are incredible and I will take all of my pets here forever. Thank you!
We love Dr Shupe. He is always very concerned about our pets. They have received the best care from him. The staff is great and friendly.
