I've been using them for a bit now and haven't had problems until tonight when my wife went in to pick up a prescription less than 30 minutes ago. The pharmacy tech repeatedly questioned her about things like if she was even really picking up for her husband, questioned if she had money to pay for it since "healthcare isn't free you know", demanded an ID check for a non controlled substance, and flat out refused to tell her specifics about the medicine like if I need to take it at the same time every day, questions I asked her to ask. Sorry that you guys are so inconvenienced by someone's spouse picking up for them.

Smith's hasn't always been my regular pharmacy. I had a medication that I needed right away and my regular pharmacy actually suggested Smith's Pharmacy. They had exactly what I needed. Since that day, which was several months ago they have been the pharmacy to fill this particular prescription. It was very nice to find that they are prompt and courteous. Knowing I need this medicine asap, they have filled it quickly every time. There hasn't been any instances where they have taken my rx from me and requested I come back later. The staff that I have interacted with have been pleasant and the pharmacists knowledgeable. I am the type of person who wants to know everything about a new medication that is available and they have been able to provide that for me. The times I haven't been able to make it there myself, the person who has went in my place has experienced the same kind of service. Yes, I recommend this pharmacy.

Employees are nice... but it takes forever to fill prescriptions. Don't plan on waiting. You'll be waiting for at least 30 minutes (doesn't matter the time of day).

These guys have been great!!!! We had to switch to them because my other pharmacy closed! And they have worked through the madness like champs!! Helped me figure out what happened to one of my kids meds!!! Seriously some of the best people!!!! Always busy but always kind!!
