Matt was always on top of everything while helping my husband and I find a home. He's very knowledgeable and works hard to find the best fit for you and your family! He was also sure to help us know important information we may have otherwise overlooked. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with!

Matt made the whole home buying process so easy! Honestly. From the first time he showed us through our home, my husband and I really appreciated his attitude and demeanor. Matt is not a pushy sales person! We felt so comfortable the whole time, and we were able to look through our home thoroughly without interruption. If we had any questions, he answered promptly. We never felt like we were left hanging. We felt represented and like our interests were important to him. Thank you, Matt!

Matt Nelson is the realtor I will be recommending to anyone I know looking for a home. My wife and I first began our home buying journey in 2018 after we got married; Matt was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and even meeting us all the way out in Eagle Mountain. Unfortunately we were not as ready to buy a home as we first thought so had to put that on hold. Fast forward to 2020 and Matt Nelson was the realtor wanted to work with again because of the great experience we had the first time. Even during the COVID crisis Matt met with us, showed us homes fitting our wants, and in the area we wanted. He is definitely someone you want in your corner as a first time home buyer as he'll point out things you wouldn't think to look at as a new home buyer. In April we closed on our home and we couldn't be happier with the experience and attention we got from Matt. When the time comes to move into something bigger and we'll be contacting Matt to help us sell for sure.

Matt Nelson was amazing to work with!! As first time home buyer's we had plenty of questions and Matt answered them with ease and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was patient with us as we searched for the perfect home and we never felt pressured to go over our desired budget. During the home buying process Matt kept us informed throughout it all and was quick to respond to any emails, texts or calls. You always hear that buying a home is stressful but that wasn't the case for us, despite some hiccups with the appraisal, I know it's because we had Matt on our side helping us every step of the way!

As a first time home buyer I had NO idea what I was doing. Sometimes I felt dumb asking what the next steps were but Matt was super patient with us and really taught us every step of the way. He definitely had our best interest in mind and made sure we knew where we were in the home buying process.
