I have been a shopper at the Saukville store for several stores. The store safety measures fornCOVID-19 are totally insufficient at this location. Carts are not sanitized when they are brought in from parking lot. Carts are in lobby area and customers have to push them into store to reach sanitizing wipes for cart handle. A bagger typically goes outside to collect carts; brings them in and leaves them; puts his mask on and returns to bagging groceries. No stop for hand wash or sanitation!nPlexiglass cashier shields are so small they cannot possibly protect cashiers. No one wipes the belts down after customer places groceries on them. No one wipes the signature pen. Have never seen any employee wiping down any touch spots anywhere in the store. (i.e. meat counter, refrig doors,netc.) No requests or requirements for shoppers to wear masks, unlike other grocery stores. I will go to other stores that have better sanitation operations going forward.
Takes forever to get unloaded, never coming back!!
Don’t ever make delivery here period
Receiving by appointment. They charge lumper , $185 for 4 pallets! The most annoying part is that it takes 2.5 hrs after you are unloaded to count the product (4 pallets!!!) and all that time you wait for your BOL.
