Went to the clerk of courts to apply for passports for my family. The ladies we dealt with were very friendly and helpful... Very surprising for a government office. They worked really quickly and wrapped up the application process for our 4 passports in about 20 minutes and provided some really helpful information that we hadn't gotten anywhere else. We are very pleased with the service we were provided.
The only nice person in that building was the lady who gave me directions. As soon as I got to where I needed to go not 1, not 2, but 3 different people dismissed my problems as if I 'Didn't meet expectations' or 'didn't have sufficient evidence' even though I had brought 33 pages work of text messages and additional information worth of proof. I surprisingly have had better experiences getting help in Milwaukee than I have in Sheboygan when dealing with circuit courts. I really think sensitivity training needs to be mandatory for the pencil pushers who have no intention of helping anyone feel safe.
