Went to this housing authority begging for help when I was homeless & was turned away. I have sat on waiting list for 2 years when I now have a regular income, no criminal background, and a 3 year old child. If you're a single Mom trying to get your life together, move out of Sheboygan because they make every excuse in the book to not help you
It was very nice to see all of the low-income Apt that there building ud83cudfe2 especially for so many homeless people that they have here it would definitely be great to so that they can have a place to call home there's no place like home ud83cudfe1☺ufe0fud83cudfe1
Particular Housing Authority property I live in is rife with structural issues, black mold, buckling hallways elevator issues. Now the new thing is the windows. Whether it was on purposeful design or by sheer ignorance they added in wall sleeves for air conditioners. Dimensions in which very few wall mounted units fit and if they do the voltage is incompatible. The apartments are far too hot to go without. The electrical is archaeic and anything plugged in gets way too hot. All in all if one can afford not to live in a Housing Authority unit they have good fortune. I however am not that fortunate.
Housing authority in sheboygan is a joke, they let dangerous people living in the building, getting anything fixed in your apartment is a joke, if you have the choice to live else where I recommend you do so
