Don't even bother calling. All the steps get you no where and leave you stranded. When asked if they can call you back, they never call. Super old and dated system and an absolute pain to deal with.nAmazon should honestly take this company over.

Do not ask the supervisor for help. He is too lazy to help. As nice as the counter help is, I will take my packages to Sheboygan or Plymouth. Maybe with less packages scanned this one will close.
