Great place. Coming in with zero knowledge, I've been greeted and coached by everyone I met. Each person has been extremely helpful and wants to see you both enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and succeed.
Neutral Ground Shebougan is a great place to train. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and helpful when it comes to learning and progressing in the sport.
An amazing place to learn and practice. All of the teachers are well versed in BJJ and take the time to explain the finer points. I have always felt at ease here, no matter the skill set of those I am rolling with. Keep up the good work Jeff!
Love it!! The head instructor, Jeff Sass, is excellent at explaining things, especially when you don't get it!! Along with the assistant coaches, everyone seems to be there to help you learn as well as practice themselves!! The kids classes look fun for the kids and is really neat to see them do the same moves as adults!! If I had kids, I would sign them up for the kids classes as well!!
Great school with very skilled instructors!nIt provides relaxed classes that make learning enjoyable. It has a good group of students and a clean cut facility.
