I have been going to Core Connections for just over a year and it has been a very positive experience. Kayla is absolutely amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable about Pilates, she makes the workouts challenging and fun. She changes the workout every time I go so it is never boring and the hour flies by. I encourage anyone who hasn’t tried a class to give Kayla a try and I bet you’ll be hooked!

Kayla is so encouraging and motivating. Her routines are challenging, willing to push you to the next level but understands a person limitations. She likes to get to know her clients. Super sweet and a great instructor (and your get a great workout).

My first time at Core Connections Pilates was my first ever Pilates experience. I am a heavy set, middle age mother of four so I was hesitant and nervous to give it a try but I am so glad I did.nKayla made sure all of the exercises were adaptable to my fitness level. I was comfortable throughout the entire workout. I felt an immediate improvement in my posture after just one class. The breathing and alignment elements of Pilates helped lower my stress levels leaving me less irritable and very relaxed after the workout. The stretching and strengthening aspects help me perform better in all of my other physical activities. I would highly recommend Core Connection Pilates to anyone at any age and fitness level who is looking to make healthy improvements in their life.
