Went to the clinic in Deming with my mom today and had the worst experience. First, they took more than 1 hour to get her in. Second, the MA couldn't get her blood pressure with the machine so I asked her to take it manually and told me that they didn't have the stethescope and cuff to do it. The room was messy, the trash can was over- filled, the pillow case wasn't replaced after the last patient, privacy was not provided when the EKG was performed. The nurses station looked messy and so unprofessional. I will not let my mom go back there. I will rather make a 4 hour drive to take her to las cruces or anywhere else!!!
