I booked here for our first ride on the mountain bay trail nearby. We were treated so rudely by the man at the front desk. He said they charge a hundred $ deposit for damages that bicyclists do to the rooms and it is not enough to cover the damages. I offered to leave a larger deposit because we are very clean and conscientious people and never had or would damage a hotel room. We are in our 60s and I said everything I could to assure this young man to no avail. I let my husband know that he was nervous because of bad results from other bicyclists. When my husband went in to pay and leave the deposit, the clerk continued to bemoan the damage he was sure we would do to their room. My husband said to give us a refund and we’d find another room. He said he didnt want to turn us away because my husband is disabled. We left and booked a room at another nearby hotel where we were treated kindly and respectfully. I have never felt so unwelcomed anywhere. I cannot in good conscious, recommend this strange vibed, unwelcoming place to anyone.

Our stay was great! Clean, Quiet, and affordable! The only thing is they have posted that they offer free breakfast, but the front desk manager mentioned the haven’t had free breakfast in years.

Great motel, cheap, clean and good beds. Great place to stay while passing through or staying in town. Would visit again.

Air quit working, tv is from 1980 and programming is barely terrible. Smells, stains on carpet and walls and my shower wasn't cleaned and used soap remained. They moved me 3 xs and got worse each time. I travel alot and this is one of the worst.

The room itself wasn't horrible and the pool and hot tub was nice but the man that has been working there for thirteen years had a very bad attitude. Im not the only one who felt this way either because someone else had said the same thing. When we were checking in this guy was giving my daughter's father attitude about the deposit. Rolling his eyes and talking in a distasteful tone. I jumped in and just told him to put it on my card and defused the situation. Wasn't that bad. But now what got me was when we went to check out. He goes to check the room to make sure nothing is stolen or damaged before giving the deposit back. When he came back he kept telling me there was a hand towel and wash rag missing. I told him I didn't take it. I have no reason to take a hand towel and wash rag from a hotel. He was rolling his eyes saying I was calling him a liar and felt like he needed to tell us he's been doing this for 13 years. I didn't steal any towels from this place and it blew my mind that he was making such a fuss about it! I was in there for about 20-30 minutes with this guy and i even went to the extent to empty out all our bags and dirty clothes just to prove to him I didn't take anything! My daughter's father even went into the room with the guy trying to search for this missing towel. he did end up finding a wash rag in the trash and we had to explain it must have happened on accident. We wouldn't just throw the rag away. We have a six year old and had our hygiene on the counter plus the rags. Things like that happen and the trash can is right over the counter. I've never ever experienced anything like this in my life and ive never had to explain myself so much over a towel. I will never be going back to this place and if I were you I would make them check the room you're going into with you just to make sure you're both on the same page of everything that's in that room. Staff can make a mistake. It will save u the headache later.
