Iām so impressed š Me and my family just ordered a dozen of their delicious glazed donuts. I kid you not They were out in maybe 3 minutes and still so warm and fresh! Customer service top notch! You guys really deserve some praise!!!! š
Donuts were on the small size and a bit greasy.
Well I went on a special day when they were doing the 2 dozen for $13. Well they ran out of the assorted dozen so I had to get 2 dozen regular donuts. Which were still good but I would rather have had the dozen assorted / dozen glazed. I figure that's minus a star not having enough product. (Like KFC not having chicken, which has happened to me.)
My family and I went to Krispy Kreme today looking to get our kids a special treat for the incredible help the have been. While there there was a bit of a mix-up, which wound up with us paying nearly double what we had expected.
When we reached out to the manager Aaron, he made it a point to take care of the situation and did with understanding. I was quite pleased with the experience as a whole and will not hesitate to go back.!!
Sadly we never get fresh donuts. But they are still good.
UPDATE 8-18-2020, YUCK. DID you change the recipe? Or is the the OIL? BAD after taste in our mouth after eating a donut. Tossed the box of 10.
