They were very prompt and did nice work. The technicians were polite and even worked as quietly as possible so as not to wake a sleeping baby. The reduction in stars is because I was not informed that their hourly labor charge would be charged for travel time and I was then charged an hour and a half round trip travel time from Shawano to Bonduel. It takes 10 minutes, 20 round trip.

I very highly recommend this company. I'll start by saying that I had a contractor from a different company come out to demo a small wall. There was electrical wiring that had to be re-routed and he said he could do it. Well, he completely messed up the wiring and installed crooked switches. I was desperate to have this problem fixed. I started calling around and no one would help me. I finally called Radtke-Reuter Electric and explained my situation. He was able to get someone out to my house the very same day. The electrician was able to fix all the wiring, he leveled the switches and also replaced other faulty light fixtures. I'm extremely pleased with this company.

Called in early June looking for some indoor and outdoor projects to be done. Since I haven’t even received a phone call in the last six weeks, I can only assume they are too busy to take on my small projects and contacted another electrician who arrive the same day I called.
