Am so glad I found Dr. Faith and her staff! These ladies are friendly, gentle, and create non-stressful atmosphere. They don’t ask a million small-talk questions while your mouth is full, yet it’s not awkward! Very efficient and caring. I highly recommend Midwest Dental of Shawano.

I had made an appointment last fall and lost my insurance days before my appointment so I called and cancelled my appointment. So now the pandemic hit and I have a horrible tooth ache. I email midwest dental about making an appointment. They email me back and say that at this time we are not accepting new patients. Sorry. So I wait.....last week I see an ad that Midwest Dental is opening back up so I email again about an appointment. A woman calls me and leaves a voicemail that I can call back to schedule an appointment. When I call, the woman tells me that she cant make an appointment for me because i was a no call no show last fall!!! I told her I lost my insurance and I called and cancelled. Her response was that I must have called the day before the appt and it still counts as a no call no show!!! So I have waited all this time for nothing!! Terrible customer servicen**Update** I had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed.

The registration and check in is always quick and friendly, the staff is very helpful and I love the service provided. Added bonus that my dentist is a woman! Thanks Midwest Dental Shawano!

Always a good visit. Friendly knowledgeable staff makes every visit a pleasant time regardless of the reason for needing to go. I used to be scared and not go to the dentist at all but its been alot easier to go these past couple years when you trust the people working beyond the waiting room.
