Right from the start Dennis was upfront and honest with his answers to my many questions on what may be the culprit with the check engine light. He was very helpful as he walked me through some parts and prices I may need. Honesty is key in life and not many "mechanics" care about your financial situation or will give you the 1 on 1 time like Dennis did for me. Im sure to come back and see Dennis at the Roy Midas location for my emissions and any repairs I cannot complete myself.

Over the years I've had good and bad experiences with Midas muffler. Since Dennis took over as manager in Roy it is always been good. Well as good as it can be getting your car repaired. I trust him to get the job done at the best price.

If you are looking for a fair and honest mechanic I would recommend this shop. The shop itself, and the mechanics may look a little rough around the edges, but hey nobody's perfect. If you want to sit in a high end showroom while you wait for someone in a pressed uniform to work on your vehicle, take it to the dealership and pay their prices. If you are looking for someone to take a look at your car and give you an honest assessment, and let you decide if you want to proceed with them, without pressure, then take your car here. Stop by talk with the owner, and schedule an appointment. This shop has a lot of loyal customers that appreciate the salt of the earth staff, so they tend to stay busy, but they will do their best to work you in. There's a Bees cafe just across the street where you can enjoy down home cooking while you wait.

I don't rate places. But this is the best car shop in the area. They can fix anything and give you good pricing. Dennis is awesome. They will also show you the issues so you know it's real. I had issues with my car I didn't even know about. Half my front axle was cracked and could have been a serious issue down the road. I was just doing an oil change and they informed me about it and showed me. Greatest service around!
