This shop preys on folks that don't know what to ask when they come in for an oil change. My wife was visiting her sister and stopped in for an oil change for her Chevy Cruise. They charged her $80.43 for a synthetic blend oil change on a small little car. Did they tell her about the $12 coupon on their own website for an oil change? No. Did they try to sell her an air filter when I had replaced it 6 months ago? Yes. This kind of service ticks me off and we will never use Jiffy lube again.
I stopped in to get my registration done. I had originally to a different location and waited about 2 hours before I gave up and left. I got right in at this location. They also noticed one of my break lights was out, and they had a replacement. In all it took about 20 minutes and I was on my way. So grateful to have my registration and a working tail light. Thanks, Jiffy Lube!
These guys always do an outstanding job on changing the oil in my truck. They take good care of me and it saves me time and money from having to do it myself.
I was able to pull into a bay with no wait and allowed to stay in the car while they did my emissions professionally and quickly while being friendly to me throughout.
As always treated fairly honest I know the owners dad Dave I just anticipate a good job every time thanks
