Best customer service I've ever experienced, hands down. They're all very knowledgeable, and they don't pressure you into buying anything. I've got a new stereo, sub, and two pairs of speakers replaced with them and every time has been consistently great.
They have put the remote start on 2 of my vehicles, and a backup camera on one. They sell great products, good prices, friendly employees, flawless installation, and done in a timely manner. I will take my vehicles back there for car audio, remote start and backup camera needs.

Super helpful. Another audio store tried to sell me a $200 piece of equipment and said my stereo wouldn’t work without it. The guys at hi-fi did it for $2 - no exaggeration. These guys know what they’re talking about and will help you get what you actually need.
