Roy City Court

They're only open m-f 8 am to 4 pm, making it impossible to pay a ticket of you work during those times, and are unable to get a day off. They need to have weekend coverage.

I'm not really sure if I really want to have any business inside of the building because it's a quart and all but they sure have the outside of it fixed up really nice with the trees colored in different lights for the seasonal holidays I was quite impressed and it caught my eye very nice

The receptionists here are terrible!! I got a fix it ticket, had an officer sign off after I fixed it, and brought it to them to dismiss the ticket. When I asked for a copy of the ticket with it being dismissed for my own records, they refused until I insisted. Good thing I did because I got a notice a month later that I had missed my court date and a warrant was out for my arrest. I immedately drove over with my copy of the ticket. They again were hard to work with. Didn't want to make the effort to find the ticket and weren't able to after looking. My copy of the ticket saved me a ton of stress and they didn't even want to give me one. Not only do they give you attitude, but they can't even do their job properly. All of these ladies are enourmously incompetent. I would fire all of them if I could.

Getting a simple fix it ticket removed seemed to be so complicated for the receptionists. The first time I went in I had showed them I that had fixed the tail light, and was signed by an officer. They had told me I was a day too early. I waited two weeks and went back again. That time they said I was one day too late. I am a school teacher and couldn't take off any of the days in between as my 3rd graders were doing state tests. It just seemed like they were just trying to find a way to get me to pay the ticket. Are you broke Roy City Court????

No respect for the community, went in to pay an expired tags ticket, receptionist treat everyone like a criminal.
