Filipe is so amazing with the children! He teaches them discipline and to be tough and break out of their comfort zone. He is very professional yet makes it fun for the kids. My daughter loves it there.
Great instructor, great workout!! Highly suggest this womens kickboxing class!
I consider myself in decent shape, always pushing to limit but after attending a class I was humbled. His instruction is no nonsense, you can either go hard or go home. I couldn't begin to describe how excited I am to train with this teacher and looking forward to next session.
Spent 2 yrs working out with my 7 yr old son took jiu jitsu and mma while my son trained in the kids class we both learned a lot and I personally lost weight and gained flexibility.
