More than just a yoga studio, Lift Bridge Yoga is a community for everyone. Lift Bridge Yoga offers yoga that is accessible to beginners and experienced yogis alike and the instructors are amazing. If you are in need of an excellent workout and a place to clear your mind, you will find it here. I look forward to each and every time I make it to the mat.
Love this studio! So modern, clean, and welcoming. Jillian is great - I love the heated and warm classes, especially during the colder months! A great place for beginners, too! They are very involved in the community as well - a wonderful part of New Richmond! Give Lift Bridge a try!
I've been a member at Lift Bridge yoga for almost a year now and it is now such an integral part of my daily schedule. It has heated and non heated classes. Owner Jillian is always working on improving and providing members with a variety of fun classes at the studio and around in the community at local businesses and events. Plus, I am a student and also get fitness reimbursement from my insurance company (BCBS Anthem) which helps with the cost. There are classes for every ability and comfort level. I strongly encourage everyone to try it out!
I LOVE that we have a hot yoga studio now in New Richmond. So many classes that are perfect for any level. I have seen such growth and change in my practice since I've started coming.
