My experience was devastating. As a individual in serious pain and feeling very sick from the pain in my mouth, it was traumatic to have 2 extraction's of my adult teeth. The dentist was caring and full of compassion. When leaving and asking about follow up 4 staff members stood arms crossed speaking to me (I was crying from the emotions of my extractions.) With raised voices and uncaring tone I was told they did me a favor to see me on an emergency only and refused to see me again. They were all yelling at me at once and I could not understand what they where trying to explain as they escorted me out the door. Well they got money that day but obviously my concerns or feelings or follow up was not part of their emergency package. I’ve never in my life felt so uncared for and treated so poorly in a professional medical dental establishment. It’s truly a shame that they are capable of treating patients in this manor. I’m also reporting this clinic to the board of Dentistry.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I appreciated that they squeezed me into their schedule when I was having tooth pain. I do wish they would have been more compassionate when it came to pain control for my dry socket. The pain of the tooth extraction itself was manageable with over the counter analgesics. The intense and unbearable pain of the dry socket required prescription pain medication, which they do not give. I would definitely go see them for routine dental care but would not see them if I had any kind of dental complication.
