Is 5 minutes a reasonable time to wait for your pump to be authorized? I don't think so. Your service has gotten substationally worse. This isn't the first time we have had bad service there it always seems to happen when the same girl is there.

Bathrooms were gross, not clean, sanitary or kid friendly!
Looks like the card machine for laundry been down for over a month and you cant get change for the machines. Get fixed be a 5 star.talked to manger she said she has turned in work order the past 6 months and they still haven't came out to fix
