I purchased a new part for my dryer. User error had caused the part to malfunction. I didn't get a refund, understandingly, but they did help me get on the right track and were very generous! Would definitely recommend going here!

Went in to ask about washer repair/replace. He was so nice, friendly and smart! He sold me the part I needed to repair it. Fit perfect, and runs like a champ now. Saved me hundred of dollars on buying a new washer! Amazing.

Called to check on a part availability; was informed I probably didn’t need that part and to check other parts on my dryer. Turns out the part I “needed” was good, and another, much cheaper, part was broken. Excellent customer service! I will be going back here!
