Very clean and tranquil facility. The staff is very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. Did my first float in the float room, and look forward to going back next month to use the pod for my first time after college finals to help “debrief” and unwind from the stressful hectic month November has been. Might try the IR Sauna as well.nnI recommend starting with 90 minutes, as that’s what I did. It takes a few minutes for your initial excitement to calm down and to settle into the float. About 10-15 minutes in, I realized I was actually holding my legs up (as if I were floating in a pool) and they were getting tired. Lol. I relaxed them and was able to settle in nicely. I feel like 60 minutes would’ve been too short to get the full benefits. I would love to try a 120-180 minute float sometime as well if that’s ever an option.nnIf I like my next session (as I expect I will), I can foresee myself subscribing to a membership.
Christine was extremely helpful and kind. Although I had been here several times in the past, she gave me an overview and answered all of my questions about the new equipment in the room. The room was clean and welcoming! I used the red light for the first time and like it. I also appreciate the shower availability!
Had another great massage session with Adam yesterday. Besides relaxing, he wad also able to address the special issues I was having in my legs and knees. Always finish feeling refreshed and wonderful. Highly recommend Adam as a great therapist.
Love this place! I try to get to the sauna as often as I can. I leave feeling fantastic. The staff truly cares about the clients and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. It is a must try!
I had a 60 minute massage at the Hudson location with Adam. My experience was amazing. I really appreciated how he took 15-20 minutes at the beginning to really hear and understand my concerns and what type of experience I was looking for. He was very informative and ensured I was comfortable throughout the experience. I also loved getting a tour of the facility to see their other services. Highly recommend!
