We love this store! Their staff is incredible! Virginia Young was so helpful and took great care in helping us select just the right tile for our new home. Thanks Virginia! There are so many beautiful tiles to choose from. It is nice to be able to take the tile home with you and not have to wait for it it to be sent from a warehouse. Thank you Floor & Decor!
It's a good thing they have a really good selection - because all the team members I have worked with on 2 projects have been less than helpful. Whenever I can find a 'close enough' tile at Home Depot or Lowe's, I go that route. Floor and Decor definitely has the selection, just wish they could be much more helpful and enjoyable to be around.
I walked in having not even a clue what i was looking ay floor wise and came out very educated on the flooring that will work well for me and my home! Ed was very informative and friendly! I left with plenty of samples and plan on buying all our flooring here! Highly recommend! I also VERY MUCH APPRECIATE the strictness of your mask wearing policy. You guys keep up the great work! You can’t please everyone

Such a great selection of flooring, it's almost overwhelming!!! The staff was very helpful. They even offer free design services. We made a design appointment with Jo and she was very accommodating and helpful. Kept our project cohesive and looking great. Have made purchases in store and have used the buy online and pick up in store option. Both were easy. Online seemed to have a better price point than in-store on the same products. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
