Amazing place! I had a problem but the associate there made things right! Super nice and very helpful!
They break watches and don't take responsibility for fixing them. Go to Times Ticking in the same mall, down the corner from them. They know what they're doing and repair anything they break without any hesitation. They even gave me a deal once I told them about Morgan's lack of character.
I visited this store for a field project in my Professional Sales class at Weber State. The staff was absolutely lovely and made me feel extremely welcome. The store itself is situated right next to the food court, so it is very easy to find. I would also like to add that it is very clean/neat (no smudges on the glass) and everything looks pristine. The store manager, Zack Phillips allowed me to interview him and was so patient with me and all of my questions. Mr. Phillips is very charismatic and is such a friendly person to talk to. I very much got the feeling that they truly care about their customers even though I only visited for a short period of time. If I ever did need to shop for fine jewelry in the future, this is the place that I would go.
Today I needed some help with some watch bands. I had 3 of them that needed a few links taken out. I went to Morgan Jewelers here in the Newgate Mall. I had the pleasure of meeting the Store Manager Zack Phillips. Zack made me filled welcomed and made sure that I was taken care of. He took his time making sure each watch fit perfect. He went above and beyond for customer that didn’t buy anything from him. If you have a need for any jewelry I highly recommend talking with Zack.... Professional, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond... Thanks again Zack...
