I just finished the 6 Week Challenge and it was one of the best decisions I've made! Excellent, knowledgeable coaches, great nutritional support, and the wonderful supportive community! You are pushed out of your comfort zone to a better version of yourself! I am leaner and stronger in just 6 weeks! I'm hooked!
I have almost completed my 6 week challenge and i have gained so much knowledge and i feel so great and my strength has improved immensely! The coaches are amazing and i feel so welcome and like part of one big family. I am a long distance runner and I was in need of a change in my fitness regimen. I wasn't getting any fitter or faster. I started at C1 athletics in June 2018 and now 6 months later I'm in the best shape of my life and training for my first marathon. I've developed so many skills and friendships here and I couldn't imagine going to another gym.
Great club and if you live in the area I highly suggest you leverage the trainers and get involved with their club community. Good people who welcomed me from day one! Plus Brent will torture you with a smile!!
Awesome workout. The bear crawls with bear noises were fun! Met and made friends with Beth and Lisa and we all encouraged one another. The trainer was fun and had good training ideas. The workout was super cool. But more involved and motivating than else where that I've been in other states
