Disappointing. Had a great experience first time around. Not the case upon return.nnWas told about guest/drop in policy by front desk staff only to be told the exact opposite the next day by management. When I tried to explain the conversation I was rudely cut off and told I was “making stuff up.” Appears management and staff are not aligned on policies and customers pay the price for their inconsistencies or are told they’re “lying.”nnAt a time when they could be welcoming new members and making money, it appears they’d rather have bad customer service practices.

Best place to work out in town!!! Fantastic classes, Inviting atmosphere and I appreciate so much their good common sense in this whole Corona insanity!
