This studio is AMAZING! The teachers/staff truly are there to serve you and work to make our lives better and you feel the love. The atmosphere is great, the classes are amazing and the people you are surrounded with make you leaving feeling uplifted and inspired. Thank you Light house yoga + fitness for bringing light into our lives!
I absolutely love all the instructors, each class has their own challenges & all classes for all fitness levels, shapes sizes, gender & age. You leave feeling like a new person in a positive way!
This is a beautiful new addition to Hudson. The facility has two studios, showers/locker rooms, and a shopping area. It is very clean and nicely decorated inside. I tried the Relight class and loved it. Great staff and customer service. Looking forward to trying out other classes!
Wow. What a stunning facility accompanied by beautiful teachers. What a great addition to the community of Hudson. I'm excited to have yet another opportunity to practice. If you love a hot yoga class or yoga sculpt, this is your place.
