I love seeing my hygienist, Julie and Dr. Osbeck. They are great! I highly recommend this office. All of the staff are great, welcoming, and friendly.
This is a place where people who care about you care for you.
I highly recommend Dr Osbeck and her team! I went to another Metro Dental Care office and were not happy and therefore my family tried Metro Dental Care in Lakeland instead. What a difference! This place is personal with high customer service! I also put a very high value on Dr Osbeck’s high knowledge and experience. My daughter (5 years old) had to remove a tooth and when we on Sunday evening were summarizing the week she quickly said that “going to the dentist” was the best thing that happened that week! Not a bad review from a 5 year old I would say!
the hygienist was not professional not friendly
Though the staff are fine at doing their jobs, they and their company Metro Dentalcare do not seem to understand the importance of creating an environment in the office conducive to instilling calm in their clients who are sometimes dealing with very invasive dental procedures.nThey run local commercial morning talk radio through their sound system which, with its ads every 10 minutes basically yelling at people and the focus on the DJs talking does not induce the desired calm state...quite the opposite.nI'd suggested numerous times that the should consider a public station or a paid radio service like Sirius or Spotify where they can choose the music and avoid talk and screaming ads....but it always fell on deaf ears....probably induced by all the commercials yelling at them all the time!nSo I decided to switch my service to another provider. If you have the same concerns re. the listening envir in a medical office, I suggest you not start service here or move it as well as I did as they clearly aren't willing to embrace 21st century technology to avoid these issues.
