This is the one place I found with dentists that perform lip/tongue tie revisions. My son is older than average for having this procedure, and was told at the consult he would have nitrous before. When we showed up for the appointment yesterday, I was told by the hygienist due to his age, he's kind of young for nitrous and that if he had it, he'd have to have oxygen for 5 minutes afterwards and that would be difficult to hold on to a toddler. She didn't make me feel like I had an option. So instead, they had to strap him down to a board, where he screamed harder than I've ever heard him before. I was given the option to leave the room, but I was not comfortable leaving my child alone in that position whatsoever. The dentist told me that if I got up from the chair I was sitting in, she would take that as I didn't want to continue with the procedure and she would immediately stop. I had also told them I was worried about him overheating and wanted to take off his sweatshirt because he was crying so hard, and they said it wasn't a good idea to take him out of the restraint at that point. While I did sign a waiver, they basically shoved this piece of paper in my face to sign, at the same time they were getting ready to strap him down. They were also supposed to use some topical anesthetic prior to administering the numbing shot, and I don't believe this was done either. I'm slightly worried about how his mouth is going to heal as he was so wiggly and screaming during the procedure. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone bring their child to this practice.

Great addition to New Richmond! We love Dr Megan and we love the way she and her staff take care of the kids teeth. My boys don’t mind going to the dentist and the time zooms by when they get to sit back, relax, and watch the movies on the ceiling while their teeth are cleaned. The staff are great with the kids and give the machines and tools silly names to describe what they are doing.

Extremely helpful, professional, and caring. From the secretaries to the dentists and dental assistants, everyone was professional and extremely nice. They accommodated a last minute schedule change with ease and we’ll definitely refer others.

Hands down one of the best clinics around. I can't say enough good things about Dr Darcy and Dr Tyler. It's such a beautiful clinic that really appeals to kids. My kids love going. I've referred so many people here.
