Mike the manager should try working. Putting 2 young ladies in the store nightly alone is not acceptable. I'm at this site daily and never have I seen Mike doing anything other than standing around acting like he's above the other employees. On one of my trips through the store today I heard him telling an employee (not quietly) that he doesn't hang out where his employees do. How about you fill the cups or empty any of the numerous cases sitting in the middle of the store so people can walk around? Try a new manager, possibly one who knows how to lead a team to success rather than telling fellow employees what he's not going to do.. including working weekends and evenings.
The sandwich case is never filled in the weekends. They say they were busy.fine when you get a minute you refill ... simple
Employee stocking veggies in condiment station did not use gloves at all. Touching handles, went to back room, got tongs and obviously just washed them as her hands were wet when she returned, she. GROSS!nThe cashier was more interested in chatting with a friend than with what was going on at the register. He should be keeping a closer eye on the register.
