Three stars because they were so nice, as for the work; I was told 2 to 3 weeks, ended up being over a month and the ring while it fits it looks really rushed, now I have to go somewhere else to get it cleaned and polished because it looks 3 different colors and it seems a professional courtesy polishing was out of the question. And if i bring it here for polishing i don't trust ill get it by the time they might say. Like I said they were extremely nice but next time I'll go elsewhere.
