I'm a business owner. I understand good service. Regency has been wonderful to manage my rental house for the past 2 plus years. I don't have the time to do it myself and needed someone that would make it work for me. Sometimes I forget I have a rental it's so easy. Jeff has found great renters and he cares about them as much as he does me. He has even helped me know what my expectations of a Landlord should be so that I can have a great experience. He is a no stress property manager. I recommend him over and over.

Jeff Clifford and his Regency Real Estate Group have managed my former home as a residential rental property in an upscale Ogden, Utah neighborhood for several years now. I live out of state on the East Coast and can only get to Utah once or twice a year. I am very satisfied with Jeff's exemplary total operation from keeping it rented with top quality(no problem) tenants to responding to their needs and informing/advising me as to my options in a very timely manner--then quickly implementing my decisions. His(and his very competent staff's) expertise is vital to me as the neighbors are my friends and maintaining their property value(and mine) is important to me. He gets a 5 out of 5 STAR (OUTSTANDING) RATING from me. Jim Davey

No personal experience, I'm angry for a friend. Their family member passes away and withing 4-5 hours of the loss Jeff is hounding the grieving family members for missing rent, when they'll be out so he can clean up the place and get it rented again and what the "actual" cause of death is. He refuses to answer the phone and can only text because he's sooooo busy in meetings all the time. Give me a break. I realize its a business but for pete's sake....have some compassion and a tiny bit of patience. Let folks work on getting out, they're moving as quickly as they can! They're good people and will get things figured out as fast as the process will allow!

Regency Real Estate Group has managed my rentals for several years now. They are always on top of needed repairs, treating renters well, rent is collected and deposited timely. Change of renters is smooth, and rentals receive needed TLC between tenants. I am so much more at ease and can sleep better since Regency has beenn managing my properties. Thank you so very much. I would definitely recommend Regency.
