A huge reason I moved in was due to how friendly, respectful and patient the staff here are. They have done a great job getting me started and helping me get moved in. The property is nice, apartments are kept nice, and it is easy to get around the area from here. I haven't been here long but am excited to continue staying here.

The staff are superb. Very nice! Joy is a great manager. If you have any issues and need something fixed or need pest control, they get right on it. I love the location. It’s right on the boarder of Roy city and you’re practically on Riverdale road which has access freeway entrance going both North or South bound. You’re also near all the stores and restaurants in Riverdale. They have BBQ’s you can use. They have corn hole. Animals are welcome here and they also have poop stations all over the property for doggy bags. The apartments themselves are a bit small but they are cozy.

Walked in at 1000, received the key to my apartment at 1430. Fast, helpful, excellent service. Kudos to Kara, she put me in a great apartment just when I needed it, with no hassles. For those giving 1-stars because of tenants, you're dumb. It's apartment living, and you need to not be so passive-aggressive with your life.
