Working with Nathan was one of the best experiences I’ve had when dealing with a home. When we met he believed he already had someone who would be interested in my home and sure enough 6 days later we were under contract and roughly 30 days later I was signing my closing documents and my home was sold. Nathan was very responsive, answered all of my questions, was willing to work around my schedule for times we had to meet, and for closing. With how easy of a process this was I will only go through Nathan now and everyone I know is so shocked at how fast my house sold. They always ask how it was possible and I say it’s because of Nathan Poulsen. I’m so thankful I was referred to him and will always refer everyone I know going forward to him as well. Thank you for everything!

I could not have asked for better realtors! Nate and Lisa were dedicated, diligent, and patient, no matter how many questions I had or how many times I bugged them 😄 Nate sold my house in 3 days. He and Lisa knew exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to find my perfect home! I am so grateful to have such awesome realtors, I'd never go anywhere else!

Working with Nate and his team was amazing. They are very professional, very responsive and they did a great job helping me buy my house. Nate is a genuinely good person who cares about people. He isn’t just selling houses. He cares about people being happy and safe in their new home and he goes above and beyond to make this happen. I highly recommend him and his team and I won’t go anywhere else for my realtor needs in the future.

The Poulsen team is hands down the BEST team you will find to help you with your next home purchase or sale!!! This is the third home I have purchased with the Poulsen Team!! They go above and beyond from beginning to end... Nate makes things happen when you thought there was no possible way!!! Lisa is the best to communicate with she is so efficient, funny and gets quick answers and results! We love the Poulsen Team and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Thanks for everything...
