For a business that's decided to take up residence near two schools who lack sufficient parking, one would think they'd be a bit more understanding regarding people using their parking lot to safely pick up their kids...but apparently not. They decided to start harassing people in their parking lot, accusing them of interfering with their business, despite the fact that its typically for a 20 minute period of the day where they are typically not that busy. Parents have been using that area long before these creeps moved in. Additionally, they try to claim that we parents are not being respectful of their rights as the lease holders despite the fact that they have no signs posted restricting the parking. Riverdale PD was happy to state that they do not have a valid expectation of people not using their parking lot and that their request that we "park on the street" is illegal. So, thank Besst Reality for moving in and being so community minded. Glad to see that the safety of our children is less important than your almighty dollar.

Karen has been doing real estate for some time, she knows what she’s doing and is on top of it, it shows in her interaction with buyers,sellers, agents etc. She’s very helpful, couldn’t have done it without her, thanks Karen!

We looked for houses for almost an entire year, and went through so many ups and downs in the process. Lindee never gave up even though we felt like it a couple times. She was so helpful and seriously did everything she could to get us into a home that we loved. She went above and beyond for us and we finally found a home.
