Kristi worked with us for literally years to help find our perfect home in Ogden. We wanted but didn't need to move, and she patiently showed us many houses from time to time as we waited for the perfect home to come on the market. When it did, she went above and beyond to help us rapidly seal the deal on a home that was about to receive multiple offers. With her efforts, our full-price offer on a much-desired home was in place and accepted before anyone else had a chance to compete, and she helped us negotiate a good deal on closing costs and terms. When it came to remodeling and selling our prior home, Kristi offered us good strategic advice on updates that would help our home sell, and then she staged the entire place beautifully. Both of those things led to our home selling in around three days - before there was even time to get the big sign in the yard.

Kristi is simpley the best. She is very dedicated to her clients. If you are serious about buying or selling a home I would highly recommend her. She helped stage our home to get us top dollar on our sell and really listend to our needs when it came to buying a new home. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to hire her as our agent.

I would recommend Kristi to anyone looking for a home. I was a first time home buyer and she made the whole process very easy. She was very responsive at finding properties she knew I was looking for. Within the first day of looking she had found the perfect match for what I was looking for. She handled the process quickly and effectively and answered any questions I had along the way. She really does take a lot of pride in her work. I never felt pressured into making any decision I wasn't comfortable with. She respected any opinion I had. I would choose her in a heartbeat if I ever moved again.

Kristi is a great realtor! It took me a LONG time to find the perfect house, but when I did, she got me into it right away for well below asking price. I have recommended her to friends since then and they have all been thrilled with her services. I wouldn't buy or sell with anyone else.
