Rain Tunnel Car Spa - Downtown/Old Town

(1st time here and did Carpet Express)..Amazing job. They got every detail and crevices. I’m loss for words on how amazing my car looks inside and out. Money very very well spent. Will be returning more. Thank you all for such an amazing job.

I go here at least a couple times a month because it is conventionally located next to my job. Today I went to get the mud washed off and vacuumed out of my vehicle, like I do every time I take it to the mountains. After came about a month ago and paid for the $25 wash when my car was muddy and they failed to clean the inferior correctly, I decided I was only going to pay for the regular wash here on out. So per usual, I ask for the regular wash and a gentleman, who I am assuming is the manager, told the girl to charge me and extra $10 for the mud. Since my last experience paying that price was not worth the extra money, I declined and left. Since when do you tell me what I’m paying for a car wash based off how dirty my vehicle appears to you? And I would be happy to pay that, if the service aligned with the price of the “best” wash.

Do not recommend! Come here if you want person items stolen. Such a shame. WAS my go to car wash but after my last visit and my personal items missing from my vehicle. I will not be returning. Edit: I have tried reaching out to you via email to the link provided prior to writing my review but I keep getting a " there was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later" message.

2 weeks ago I went into this business as I normally visit 3/4 times a week. When I got to work directly after having my car washed I noticed my hood and roof of my black car had a white residue. Like a dull white. I went back 2 days later because my schedule and the business didn't coincide. Spoke with 3 different managers. They detail manager told me my car was old and thats what happens. Its a 2016 Chevy Impala that has been garage kept its entire life!!! The rest of my paint is just fine. I'm so upset and they said they won't do anything to help me but let me cancel my monthly automatic payments! BEWARE!!!!

Tony is the best. He's always really professional and super quick with my car.
