We had 2 light switches that needed to be repaired / replaced. Scheduling was so easy. I appreciate the ability to schedule on-line to see what options work with my calendar. The work was done quickly. I needed one minor follow-up and had someone back at my house in two days. Great service.
Alex did a great job installing an electric panel for our new gas fireplace. He was prompt snd efficient. The only suggestion I have is to make it easier for communication. The phone message says that calls are returned the first Sunday of each month. It recommends you text or send an e mail for a quicker response. I did both to schedule service for another issue but never got response.
My service was for installation of the electrical portion of a gas fireplace insert. The electrician was prompt, professional, helpful and did a nice job. I would not hesitate to call N&N for future electrical work.
