Donna was extremely helpful in helping my fiancé and I when we brought in my engagement ring because we were unhappy with having lost a diamond in my band and being told at a previous store that it was common because it was so intricate. She helped inform us and gave us options and her professional knowledge. By doing so she was able to give us the perfect resolution by listening to us and considering our feelings. If you want beautiful quality diamonds and exceptional customer service I highly suggest working with Donna.
I needed some jewelery for our 50th anniversary. This store had a nice selection for me to choose from. The prices, I feel, are reasonably, the staff I dealt with was VERY helpful. I found what I needed and wanted quickly.
I will never buy jewelry from this place again. I bought my wife a necklace for Christmas and the chain broke in less then a year. They sent the necklace in for repair and it broke again in the same spot within a week. We sent it back again and we were suppose to get a new chain, well it broke in the same spot within a couple hours after picking the necklace up again. This place is a joke. They didnt even clean it after soldering the chain back together.
I bought some jewelry from this place on December 3rd Couple days later I returned me I don't got my money back on the 10th of December and then they took it back on the 16th of December I would not recommend anyone buying jewelry from them
