I cannot recommend the Diamond Center enough! Nick helped me from start to finish and made sure I got exactly what I envisioned. I came in with my own wedding ring and band that needed a little work, and I wanted to add a diamond. He spent the time to show my husband and I all our options, pick out the most beautiful diamond and answer all my questions. It was done in one week and after picking it up, I am beyond happy. It is more perfect than I even imagined!! Everyone that helped us was great, but Nick really went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Absolutely no pressure in buying or spending more than we wanted to.

Have always had great experiences with The Diamond Center and last week was yet another one. Pandora Specialist Kristy Agate was so helpful with my bracelet ... she answered all my questions, added my new charm to the bracelet and even replaced the box they come in after finding out I was without one. I appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of everyone there, and always having visits to The Diamond Center in Janesville be a happy experience.

They will walk you through every step of the process.nnWe worked with Jeff the Sales Manager of the Janesville location. About a year ago, my now fiancée and I visited to learn more about engagement rings and pick out a style we loved. Jeff was there to help us through the entire process. We recently got engaged and Jeff was still there to help my fiancée make it a special surprise. We’re incredibly thankful to the Janesville Diamond Center for their hospitality, expertise, and help.
