My most recent visit to BaM, the associate working there did not greet me. He did greet another customer who came in after me and asked if he could help her. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for (it had moved since the last time I was there).
Although the staff mostly leave you alone to browse, they are almost impossible to find when it's time to pay for your items. Then they ask if you would like to make a donation to their cause, ask if you are a member and then if you want to pick 3 magazines from the list. I just want to pay for my book and leave without further hassel.
Nice variety. I love that they have huge section of bibles!
It is always great to find books you didnt know you were looking for!
They had what we needed, and a very friendly and helpful staff as well.
