You can't find better care than Core Physical Therapy. The staff takes time to really make you feel your care is important to them. They encourage you to do your part , home exercise, to make a successful recovery.

I am 50, female and exercise daily - running, MMA and yoga. I contacted Core PT because I was having some pain issues related to my exercise. I chose to get a good set of marching orders in a single appointment rather than having to schedule several appointments knowing that it would be a lot to cover but hopeful because I'd heard really good things about Core.nnBlase was very thorough in looking for root causes and suggested several steps I could take. I haven't been able to incorporate all of his suggestions as yet but I have already worked some of them into my routines and am experiencing noticeably less pain.nnI found Blase to be both knowledgeable and helpful with a desire to maximize the value of my visit. I would definitely recommend Core PT.

After a severe injury in jujitsu in 2006 (displaced SI joint, ruptured L5S1 disc) I was in pain for years. I was on morphine, you name it, and weighed about 200 pounds. I had been to the spine clinic, UW Physical Therapy and sports medicine, and was resigned to a life of pain and inactivity. Nothing helped. Finally one day in 2011 I just got sick of it and started running, a mile at a time. I was in a lot of pain. I won a free consult to Core in a local business raffle and cashed it in. Fast forward to now... I'm 165 and doing half marathons. Blase Strobl is the first therapist I met who first asked ME what was hurting and customized my treatments. He seems genuinely concerned that I feel better and move better. I still attend Core Physical Therapy regularly to stay pain free and running. I'm 39 and in better shape then when i was 30!
