My brother lives there but i visit often.It's very clean. They make everyone keep upkeep on trailer and yards. Everyone in park is very considerate of others. Everyone gets along. Kids get along and respectful. Sits just outside of town. Closer near shopping.
We used to own a nice trailer here and were very excited when we first moved in 1997 but after a few years it became so nasty and things were broken into and stolen right off your property. Neighbors were nice at first then ended up complaining about everything and making going out into yard unbearable. Haven't been there in about 3 years but noticed new signs on the streets and some pothole repairs as well. Bought our house in 1997 for $35000 and I see it was remodeled recently without appliances included but is now being sold for $33000 although it's over 20 years old. Not worth it but that's just my opinion.

E. Colley from Willowbrook to Gateway is cut off- the road is shutdown for construction. You can enter the trailer park but there is no through traffic. This is on the Westside of the interstate I-39/90 in Beloit, WI. It has been like this for some time now. When mapping directions it is very confusing and misdirected when traveling.
