Owner/op, very picky who i let work on my truck. Had svc done here, S Beloit flying j shop. Very clean shop, very professional & knowledgeable help,, here.. excellent work.in & out good time, would recommend this shop to anyone that asks
I'm sorry I have to do this, but in these days with a scary virus everywhere, with Illinois requiring face masks indoors and Wisconsin requiring face masks too, this truck stop right on the border of WI and IL, let's their customers without masks inside. If you want a safe place during these times, this is one it should be avoided. Nice place otherwise but no excuse for this.
My husband was in this location a few minutes ago and the woman who waited on him was ignorant and rude!! She threw his drinks into a bag and tossed his pizza at him. He doesn’t normally complain, but it took everything he had to not confront her. If this person doesn’t want to be there, she can always clock out and go home!!
Some of the employees and seemingly half the customers are not wearing masks. Worse location I have seen with Covid-19 compliance. I have not yet seen a PFJ employee not wearing a mask until I came in here. Anyone watch TV, listen to the news, have common sense? This is one of the reasons things can't get back to some semblance of normalcy.
