John, Rachel, And Zane are the best people you could ever work with in the comic book industry. Their knowledge and skills are great to have when you need to find something specific or obscure. We ordered a book and because or events out of their controls it took a while to get there. But once it did we found out it was a new hard cover boom and we still got it for a soft cover price. They are the best to have and talk to. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Cool new store location, good experience so far. Review updated over time Went in and bought a bunch of singles. She then overcharged me a random $5 that came from nowhere. When I called about it I got hung up on. This is the second issue I have had with them (Updated due to time passing) They charge extra tax on top of listed card prices, this makes them unique to other competitors in town who list the prices including tax (which happens to be the same price as heebeegeebeez but then heebeegeebeez charges tax). 2018 bad experience (I paid double on some cards adding to $12 and went back 20 minutes later to get 3 more cards for .75 cents they sent me packing because I brought 3 quarters and they wanted that extra couple cents for tax. This makes me never want to go there again. I had the money in my car but i felt that the way they handled it was ridiculous and lacked loyalty to the customer. I drove to a competitor to make the purchase. Customers and loyalty are worth more than .05 cents. I hope they have realized this by now. 3 stars because I know no one is perfect, they are a family owned business, they host games and that is cool, and maybe it was a bad day.)

Must wear mask. I'd imagine it was a cool enough place, wouldn't know I didn't have a mask. Wish pick up though, only open a few hours a day but seems ok times. Guy was cool. Masks are stupid!

Best experience I've had in a long time, very patient, very strict covid enforcement, and very helpful and courtious to my needs! Had everything I was looking for at amazing prices. I will be shopping here more often without a doubt!

Recently became a loyal customer after winning an Ebay auction and noticing the seller had a shop in my state. These guys are amazing. The selection, the prices, the knowledge, the service, it's everything you want from a hobby store.
